At Highlands in Bloom, we integrate Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) alongside evidence-based clinical treatment because the nervous system and the therapeutic process are deeply interconnected. Many of our clients arrive with autoimmune conditions, chronic inflammation, profound fatigue, or a nervous system that has remained in a prolonged state of stress or fight-or-flight.
CAM therapies are not intended to treat or cure medical or mental health conditions. Instead, they are used to help support physiological regulation, reduce stress responses, and create an internal environment where clinical and therapeutic work can be more effectively received and integrated.
