Highlands in Bloom is a licensed residential treatment center in Agoura Hills, California providing individualized, clinically supervised care for high-functioning adults navigating mental health disorders, autoimmune conditions, chronic stress, trauma, and burnout. Quarterly Tours and Events

Each quarter in August, November, February, and May, Highlands in Bloom hosts two distinct offerings for professionals, families, and community members who want to learn more about the program and the clients we serve.

Healing Tour and Wellness Sessions are prearranged small-group experiences that combine a guided look at the facility and program with a rotating blend of sound-based relaxation, guided breathwork, energy-focused practices, and somatic movement. These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, tension release, and whole-body wellbeing for participants while providing a genuine experiential sense of what residential life at Highlands in Bloom feels like.

Quarterly Lunch and Learn events feature rotating guest speakers sharing insights on holistic healing and integrative wellness as practiced at Highlands in Bloom. Guests enjoy a complimentary, nutrient-dense meal prepared by our onsite chef while learning about nutrition for inflammation, nervous system support, and overall wellbeing. Each session concludes with a guided discussion and Q&A.

Participation is limited and all sessions must be scheduled in advance.
